Hi friends,
Here comes my next blog post, actually this is a trick to move your maximize, minimize, close buttons from one end of the window to another. I found this trick by a mistake. Im a mac gui lover, so i wanted to add mac os X theme for my feddy. I installed mac4lin theme, but something went wrong and i couldn’t get the actual mac look and feel.. So i roll back to my previous default feddy theme. Even after that, the buttons in window dint change their position (In mac systems, maximize, minimize, close buttons will be on top left hand corner). Thats annoyed me. So i was put up in a situation to change those buttons manually. Here i did like this:

To get those buttons on right hand corner:
1. Open your Run Application window by ALT+ F2
2. In that type “gconf-editor” without quotes, it will open configuration editor.
3. In that go to apps -> metacity -> general
4. There you can find a parameter “button layout” which maintains the position of buttons in a window
5. Change the value as: menu:minimize, maximize, close. Thats it. we done it!!!!
